Odd ouptut procedure problem

Hi all,

Recently one of my users has started experiencing an odd and annoying
problem, that I've been unable to find any references to anywhere.

In any Access Database they can no longer export reports as RTF, Text, Excel
or HTML files. Snapshots do still work. I've tried right clicking and
selecting export and also have tried doing it via a macro. All to no avail,
all of the other users still work OK. I'm now thinking that some registry
entry or other may have corrupted on her PC? If so does anyone have any
ideas where and what i need to be looking for? Or is it something else?

The following KB article deals with a similar type of issue. I don't know
what version of Access you are running. There are links in the KB article
to similar articles for earlier versions of Access. I do not know whether
this is the source of your issue, however, I thought I would pass it along.
