Odd problem opening report

Hi all,

Hopefully this will be a quick one!

On a form I have several buttons that run different macros
I have created. Two of these open different reports in
print preview view and window mode normal.

One of the macros opens a hidden form and then opens the
report. I need the form to be "open" but hidden as the
report uses calculations from the form.

The odd thing is that when the report is opened I can see
the pages and the navigation bar but nothing else, no
close button, no title bar etc so to close it I have to
use keyboard commands. This is fine by me but I'm just
concerned about others who may use it...

Anyone come across this before?

Thanks in advance.

Averil:

What version of Access are you using? Beginning with Xp, you can set a
report's properties to have a close button, max, min buttons etc., which you
couldn't in the past, if you are using Xp or 2003, then look at the
report's properties.

If you are using anything below that, then are you saying that there's no
Window Title bar? Never have seen that before.

Thanks Steve,

I'm using Access 2000... Yeah, there is no Window Title
bar. Oh well, I might just have a bit more of a look into
it.

Thanks anyway.
