Odd size new doc template

Office 2003 SP2

I have one user who when Opening New Blank Document, the blank document is
an odd size like 7x10 or so. If he looks in page layout or print preview it
appears normal.

I have reloaded normal.dot and removed any other templates and add-ins.
Not sure what else to do.

It sounds like the white space between pages (page margins) has been
suppressed. Go to Tools/Options and on the View tab select White Space
between pages.

You can also place your mouse at the top of the page below the ruler, and
click once after you see the mouse pointer to change to two small pages. The
screen tip will read, Show White Space.
