OE and IE problems with emails

Good Day All.

It was suggested that I have a bad inbox, my OE seems to retreive from my ISP
my messages but it does not load them in the in box and they dissapear,
Bruce Hagen suggest I repair my Inbox, I Did that
But as soon as I open my Ineternet explorer my messgaes from my ISP sever
disapear, Can I delete my IE and OE and reinstall, and How does one do that.
where would I get a re install? is that a wise choice. I am running w98

This newsgroup is for support of Outlook
97/98/2000/2002/2003 from the Office suite of products. Outlook
Express is actually a separate program despite the similar name.
