OE Blocked Senders List

In Outlook Express 6.0 in Win XP, after I entered a
blocked sender to the list, it is no longer there after I
reboot or open OE 6 the next day. I do see the names in
the Regedit File under Mail etc. Do I need to set some
sort of code to keep the block senders list?
