OE dist. lists don't import to Outlook--individual addresses import ok

I am trying to export a user's OE6 address list to a user
with Outlook 2002. The OE6 address book has
groups/distribution lists in it. The groups/dist lists
from OE 6 don't import into Outlook, but the individual
addresses in the OE6 list do. Can anyone help on this?
