OE does not save a copy of sent emails in "Sent Items" folder anym

I have been using Outlook Express for years and it has always saved a copy of
the sent emails in the "Sent Items" folder. A few days ago it stopped doing
that all of the sudden. I checked the "Send" tab in "Options" and the "Save
copy of sent messages in the 'Sent Items' folder" is still checked. I even
unchecked and rechecked if and applied the changes but it still does not
work. It does send emails just fine, but does not save a copy in that
folder. Does anyone have an idea of what would cause this and how to fix it?

Thanks in Advance,
Rody

Sorry for posting in the wrong section and thanks for the tips. It turns out
that somehow the year in the date of my computer had changed from 2006 to
2005. So the sent messages were in fact being placed in the sent items
folder, but I was obviously not looking up in the 2005 section of the folder
and so I was not seeing them. I changed the year back to 2006 and it's back
to normal now.
