"OE removed access" message

Sometimes, when I download certain types of files from newsgroups, I get a
very annoying message in Outlook Express that says: "OE removed access to
the following unsafe attachments in your mail:"

How do I disable this?

In OE, Tools>Options>Security Tab; unclick "Do not allow attachments to be
saved or opened that may......."
