OE removed access to unsafe docs

Started getting messages to attachments received
saying "OE removed access to the following documents ...."

I believe they are safe docs.. what happenned and how can
I undo it?

Thanks Pat. I just noticed that if I forward the email I
am able to then see the attachment.
