OE shut down problems

Task manager shows multiple copies of OE running. My
computer will not shut down because it says OE did not
shut down properly.

Something is staying in memory. If you have some custom
forms or something, they might not be getting destroyed on
shutdown. Also when you shutdown during a mail sync,
outlook will stay in memory.
