# of subreports in 1 main report?

Is there a limit to the amount of subreports you can put in 1 main report?
I'm using Access 2003. I have like 92 subreports I need in 1 report...or
maybe I'm doing it wrong.

Each subreport is tied to query that filters for division sections based on
a 3 digit code assigned to the section (RDC). So we have like 92 division
sections, for example RDC code 100 - 199 is all Admin, while RDC 200 - 299 is
all Operations, etc...So it comes out to like 92 different sections, I would
like to be able to print them all out at once from 1 main report with each
section on a seperate sheet, but I'm not sure if I can get 92 subreports in 1
main report.

Thanks,
Gabe

Hi Gabe,

You should not need any subreports. In your report's query include all
of the fields you need in the main part of the report and in the subreports.
Include the division field. In the report group the data on the division and
set the division group footer's Force New Page property to Yes.

If that does not help, please provide more information about how your
report is to look and the data that goes into it.
