JoAnn...LOL!
I'm a bit the same - I neglected to mention that I will be doing one of
the
newsletters (by MYSELF!) and there's another group that does the other
newsletter.
I'm been creating my newslettter on Word (talk about cringe), and the
other
group have been using InDesign which cost them $1,000. They started
this
issue by telling me "we have problems with only having the software on
one
computer,
so that no one but the editor can make any changes." Good to know that
others don't have control issues (=
Thx a mint for clarifying.

If it's on one computer and more than one person uses that computer,
you're
fine. Of course the idea of more than one person working on one
newsletter
makes me cringe.
(Have I ever mentioned that I have a bit of a control issue?)

Thx for your complete reply Chuck.
John, I'm checking out the VLP pages now so thx a mint for the link
to
that
too.
One last question, if we go with purchasing a single copy of Pub
2003
we
would install it on a computer that volunteers share. So would it
be
okay
if
multiple people used the same copy on that one computer? (Some of
us
work
on
the same newsletter, and there are two newsletters.)
thx again,
karen

I'm thinking of getting Publisher and noticed that the
trial evaluation pkg says it can be installed on up to
four systems. Is that true for the full pkg (not the
trial version)?
I'm asking as the pkg is for a non-profit (I'm a
volunteer) and was wondering:
1. how many systems can the full pkg be installed on?
2. is there a corporate/non-profit version that allows
for multilple installs? Or price discount?
Sorry if this is a "stupid question" but the trial
verbiage has me confused.
Appreciate any feedback.
