Hi,

If I have a personA who can work only 50% of the time during a week (20
hours) but I want them to work Mon, Tue and Wed at 9, 9 and 2 hours how would
I do that?
Thanks

Hello again jamie,

Once you have created the resource, double click on his/her name to
show the Resource Information dialog. Click the Working time tab.
Click in the column headings for Th & F to select all Thursdays and
Fridays and click the Nonworking time button to the right to mark
those days as nonworking. Click the M and T column headings to
select all Mondays and Tuesdays and edit the working time hours on
the right side. Repeat for Wednesdays setting the hours you wish to
have the resource be scheduled. Click OK to close the Resource
Information dialog and apply the change to the resource's calendar.

I hope this helps. Let us know how you get along.

Hi again JulieS,
;-)
Thank you. That was easy...
;-)
So it could not be done by specifying that the resource could only work 50%
of the time and then selecting the days they can put in their 50% time right?
Your solutions work just fine for me and I would assume for any others
looking for this kind of answer.

Hi Jaime,

You're welcome and thanks for the feedback.

If you are going to drop the resource's calendar by editing days, I
wouldn't also drop the max. units. I'd leave the max. at 100% and
then drop the working time down to the hours through the calendar.
