Off-Document Add-On?

I cant find the Off-Document Add-on. I see the Off-page shape but i need
something that will link to another document. Any Help please?

The addon is called "Link to Document"
There is no special shape for linking to an external document, any
shape can do that, menu Insert -> Hyperlink.

I am pretty sure that is something differant. I can't get the hyperlinks to
work the way i want them to.Seel link, half way down the page it talks about
the OPC. But i cant find it.

That's the Off-Page Connector (OPC).

What do you want hyperlinks to do?
