Off Topic: Cannot Attach file in hotmail

Hi All

This is off-topic but I cannot attach a file when using hotmail. When I press the attach button, I get an empty white box. Normally this would go to an alternative page where I could browse for the file

Has anyone else experienced this? If so, I'd appreciate a workaround
