Off topic/ MSN Explorer

Does anyone else have a problem installing MSN Explorer? I
open it from the location like it says to do but when it
gets 3/4 of the way done, it says it is missing some files,
which I find very weird since I got it directly from
Microsoft website. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
