Offce 2003 with SP1

I've got 2 questions.

1: How can I apply SP1 to an administrative installation of Office so that
when I deploy Office 2003, it already has SP1 applied?

2: I can't find any switches for SP1. How can I install it silently, with
nno rebbot etc?
