Office 2007 SP1

I will be deploying Office 2007 Enterprise in my company soon. Will Office
2007 install correcttly already updated to SP1 if I extract the service pack
and place the .msp files in the update folder of the Office installation?

Should, but you should test it. Are you using the Office Resource Kit for
detailed deployment information?
