Downloading Office 2003 SP2 has failed 4 times because I have a dial-up
service (28.8). It takes so long that connection fails during download,
download is unsuccessful. Please offer an Office 2003 SP2 CD for the update.

Wait - it is usually available 6-8 weeks after the download. Check back at
the end of November.

All Office Service Packs are offered via CD. SP2 will be released this way
shortly.
