Why don't you simply reinstall it from your Outlook/Office installation
disk?

Depends what you mean by 'removed'
Generally you use your Office or Outlook cd to either repair or reinstal
If you have lost the cd's then it depends whether you purchased the
origonals retail or whether they were supplied with your purchased PC

I have my disk, but it got damaged and wont work any longer. Can I send it
back or do I have to buy a new one?

but only if a *retail* version, not if Office was supplied with a new PC, in
which case you go back to that PC supplier, who may or may not be able to
help.
You may also be able to borrow a disk from a friend, provided it is he exact
same version as yours, and use *your* key in any repair/reinstall - you
could then make a copy of their disk - its not against any licence
agreement.
