Word 2000 closed itself and the crash analyser sent me to
get an update file "02ksr1a". However, when I try to
download it, I get the message that my Office 2000 is
already compatible with the update service
package ...sr1, and it won't try and download ...sr1a.
Isn't ...sr1a different from ...sr1? This seems
important since the crash occurred despite the
compatibility with ...sr1. Thanks
