Office 03 install limits?

Can someone clarify this for me??

You can only install on 3 separate pc's....BUT you can install as many times
as you like on the same pc!

Is that correct?

If the EULA says that it has 3 installations, that means that it can be
installed on 3 PCs concurrently. You may ALWAYS re-install it on the
SAME PC if needed.
