Office 03 (Students and Teachers): tranferring licenses betw compu

I know that the package comes with three licences. We're getting rid of one
of the computers and have bought a new one. We'll till only have three
computers in the house.
Am I correct in assuming that when I uninstall from the old computer
something at Microsoft will realize that I've now got an extra license which
I can install on the new computer? Or is it more complicated than that?

Microsoft will not know, just uninstall it from the old machine and install
it on the new machine, if yyou find you are unable to activate the new
installation over the "Net" use the telephone activation option and explain
to a human what you have done.

The licence is for three physical (or virtual) machines but you can
install/reinstall as many times as you wish.
