I see quick print but I can not locate the print button. I have 17 print
devices avalible for my pc. How can I use them with out changing my default
printer every time I want to use a different device. As an IT guy I know
Ctrl+P will do it. But my fellow employees do not come with this prior
knowledge. Where is the pretty little button for print??

Thank you,

You have to add the regular print button to your Quick Access Toolbar
manually.

Right-click, choose Customize, and then add Print from the list of commands.

If you click the office logo in the top left corner you will open a menu
similar to the old "File" menu. This menu has the print button.

If you click the logo in the top left corner you will open a manu similar to
the old "File" manu. This manu has the print button along with some other
options.

Ah, thanks for this. I totally forgot about it!

It took me a LONG time to find this. Does anybody else think it's unintuitive
to hide a menu under the Office logo?

I don't know anything about Office 2007 but I wonder if there
has been any change to the procedures for customizing toolbars.
There might be a Print button available that could be dragged to
a toolbar.

Toolbars? What toolbars? Office 2007 has a completely new user interface
that has exactly one toolbar. And yes, you could add the print button to
it, but not with drag & drop.

I'm glad to know I was on the right track but it's going to be a
very long time before I adopt Office 2007. About a year's bug
reports and so-called updates (fixes) might do it! :) I suspect
anything like that will coincide with my buying a new machine.
