Office 12 Beta 2 Activation Server Running, But Not Activating

Hey Everyone,

I know there are issues with the activation process, but I thought I
might help feed the troubleshooting here.

When trying to activate the product, I noticed that Outlook will try to
connect to the HTTPS port of 131.107.115.36. WHOIS search says this is
in the Microsoft Scope, and manually browsing there shows the following
error:

Directory Listing Denied
This Virtual Directory does not allow contents to be listed.

So, the activation server is up and running, but who's fault is it? Is
it Office 2007 looking for the wrong path? Or is it Microsoft web
server configuartion?
