Ok, I should have known that I couldn't run both, and that the Office 2000
wouldn't just step back and let Office 2003 take over. I installed Office
2000 Small Business yesterday on a new computer. I also installed all
updates - for 2000 and 2003 - online. Today, I activated the Free Trial of
Office 2003. I haven't tried Word or Excel, just Office Outlook. Problems.
Wants me to install LDAP Directory with the user name being NULL. Crashed
twice. What do I do?

You can only have one version of Outlook on your computer. If
you don't plan to purchase Office 2003 when the trial period
ends, then I would suggest you stay with Outlook 2000, because
the Outlook 2003 .pst file can't be opened in Outlook 2000.

Except for Outlook, you can have both 2000 and 2003 versions of
Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.) on the same computer.

Garfield, Can I then uninstall Microsoft Office outlook 2003 without
uninstalling the rest of my free trial Office 2003?
