Office 2000 and Office 2003 compatabity

Outlook 2000 won't open. I found short cut for Outlook 2003. I added a
second personal folder in .pst - there are three folders there - extend (DAT
file) & Outlook.pst & personal folder(1).pst. When going into Outlook 2003
- I still get - LDAP Directory - server name NULL - password? I click
cancel and then enter Outlook 2003. The above FIX did FIX one thing - I was
getting FULL Headers in the email received. I now get a notice that MS Word
is not available or not same version as outlook 2003. Outlook email editor
used instead. When sent with Plain Text - I get the message, with HTML and
Rich Text - I receive the email, but without any message.

Thank You Garfield, at least I am not doing this alone. I want to use HTML
- so - am I now ready to just remove the program MS Outlook 2003?

I don't believe I ever had the LDAP Directory Server installed. On opening
Outlook 2003, it kept asking for a password for the install, that I didn't
have. I followed Garfield's directions on removing Outlook 2003. I ran
"repair" on Outlook 2000 - which suggested I reinstall from CD. I did.
Seems that Outlook 2003 is now gone & Outlook 2000 is running smoothly.

Thank You All so much for your assistance.
