If I install Windows XP Home, can I continue to use the
curently installed Office 2000 Small Business suite (i.e.
Outlook 2000, Word 2000, Excel 2000, etc.)?

Yes. Office 2000 SBE will run fine on WinXP Home.

That's not exactly what you asked, though. If you're planning to upgrade
your operating system with a bunch of applications already installed,
those apps may not work properly after the upgrade.
