Office 2000 and Windows 2000

Is there a way of installing Office 2000 onto a Windows 2000 machine that gives the standard user full use of all office facilities? I have found that double clicking an Access database brings up a request to install from the CD and creating an organisation chart in PowerPoint does the same, however if I change the status to Power User these messages do not appear. I don't want everyone to be Power users for security reasons.

when you install office on the machine, choose custom
installation. Install in the default directory then a
list will pop up of all the components. Right click on
the first item in the list and choose run all from my
computer. all the boxes will turn white, then click
install.

Thanks for your reply - that is the way I have done the installation and still some components don't install for Limited Users
