Office 2000 compatability with Outlook 2003

Does anyone have any experience with installing Office 2000 and Outlook 2003
on an XP workstation?

the sort of problems encountered, if any would be useful to know...

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
