Office 2000 crashes system after W2K SP4 install

Hi,

I have a client who installed SP4 on a W2K Pro system...
all programs work except for MS Office 2000 components. An
example:

WinWord opens but as soon as he tries to open a document
the system reboots. OutLook, his main concern, does the same...

I don't have any further info yet as I will visit the site
later today. Just doing a little Recon work at this time
before the visit.

I can post more info later in this thread if need be.

Any input would be appreciated :)
