I am running Office 2000 Premium on an XP Pro desktop and all available
updates have been applied to both, with the exception of KB917152 which
repeatedly fails. I am using the Office Update web page. I have also tried
opting for larger download files to avoid using installation media, but this
reports I have already downloaded the file, so presumably the option is not
available for this update.
Any assistance will be gratefully received!
