Office 2000 Developer

Good day. Trying to install my Office 2000 Developer CD on my computer.
When I execute the Setup.exe file, it tell me
"C:\Windows\System32\autoexec.NT. The system file is not suitable for running
MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows applications. Choose close to terminate the
application".

I am unable to load the Developer.

Any ideas?
