How can I resolve the problem of a general error message appearing when I try
to open a WORD document? his message asks whether to report it or not then
regardless just closes the WORD document. It happens every time and seems to
indicate that something in WORD has been corrupted....... but what????????
I also get crashes when using other aspects of office such as XL where I
can't use all the formatting facillities.
Have tried reinstalling office but nothing has been resolved
