I find that most fonts in excel and word has disappeared. Only a three to
four fonts remains there. Even the Times New Roman is also disappeared.
However, I can locate all the fonts in Safe Mode. Do you know how to solve
the problem?

No.
My printer is Epson C460.
I knew that it may be caused by the printer. I have tried to create one
printer with generic printer, but do not how to set.

Have you made any changes to your default printer?

In Windows, click on Start | Control Panel | Printers. What
printer is selected as the default printer? If it's None or
Generic/TextOnly, then change the default printer to your Epson,
and you will see more font choices in Word.
