I have a customer who is using Outlook 2000 SP3 in the
Corporate/Workgroup enviroment. OS is Windows 2000 SP4.
The only way he can see his new mail, is to click on
anoter folder, IE: Sent Items, Drafts, Calendar, anything,
then and only then will his inbox get populated with any
new mail.
I am really at a loss here. I've uninstalled Outlook and
reinstalled it, deleted the customers Oulook Profile then
recreated it from scratch. No matter what, we still seem
to get the same issue.
Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated.
