Office 2000 lost menus

I have a user running Word 2000 on a Windows 2000 box.

She called saying that she could no longer see any menus, which I confirmed.
My first thought was that she was looking at the document in full-screen
mode however I was unable to see any options or even use the ESC key to
restore the menu display.

Any ideas?

This is caused by a little corruption in the Registry. Here is an
