Office 2000 on a terminal server

I'm trying to install Office 2000 on a terminal server.
When I try and install it a error message comes up saying
not all tools are useable on a terminal server, that I
need to use the Resource Toolkit. I've been looking into
it a little and I guess I need to make a mst file. In
order to make a mst file I need to use one of the msi
files from Office, but there are like 3 or 4 and I'm not
sure which one to use. Any help would be appreciated.
