office 2000 premium - access will not 'send to'

I am unable to send any of the data or report sheets from Office 2000 Access
to email correspondends as I have been able to do in the past. I have done a
repoair reinstallation, and it has not helped. I am using XP Professional.
Please help me. Even when I convert it to a Word 2003 or Excell 2003 file I
am unable to attach or send it.

Sure need to figure out what is wrong, as the send tos are there, but they
are always 'grayed out.'

The Office programs must be of a matching version, Office 2000 or 2003.
Outlook must match the version installed.
