Office 2000 Premium and Microsoft Access

I am now running Office 2000 Premium and want to upgrade the Microsoft Access
to 2003. Can I upgrade just Microsoft Access and not the entire package?

I believe so (although I'm not 100% sure whether or not you can purchase an
upgrade edition of Access to do it)
