Office 2000 premium problem

Outlook 2000 keeps asking me for the installation CD even after running the
automatic installation from the CD?! All service packs and updates have been
run and i've run a repair. Somehow i don't think a re-install will help! Can
anyone help?

So after you've inserted the cd and its done its thing, is this action
repeated next time?
