The bullets in Word and Publisher are not printing
correctly. I have tried the updated driver on our HP
printer and still nothing changes. Anyone have ANY sugets?

You're likely to have better luck if you ask in a Word or Publisher group.
This one is for Outlook questions.

You could start by trying a relevant newsgroup like microsoft.public.word.*
or similar.
