Office 2000 Pro SR1a upgrade to SR3

The update to SR3 failed. However when I view
intallation history, it shows that SR3 for disk 2 has
been successfully installed. Disk 1 holds the main
programs and when I open Word / About Word, that shows
SP3. Yet I still recieve messages from Product Update
that SP3 has been downloaded but not yet installed. Is
it or isn't it?
