Office has gone beserk and will not open any programs.
Message is to install office but i have a problem. I no
longer have the disks and would like to somehow install it
or if not uninstall it without he disks. Any help will be
appreciated.

One cannot install or uninstall software without the media (I would have
thought that was common-sense). Why do you no longer have it?
