Installed new hard drive and now I can't get my Office
2000 CD's to re-install. I copied everything over from
the old drive then uninstalled it [the old drive]. I
downloaded and ran the cleanup utility and that didn't
help. Keep getting a message (after Installer window
opens and closes) that "This patch package could not be
opened. Verify that a patch package exists and that you
can access it, or contact the application vendor to
verify that this is a valid Windows Installer patch
package". I do not understand these instructions. And, I
don't know what a 'patch package' is or where to go look
for it or where to get it if it is not there. Help!
