Office 2000 Registration Reminder

After using a legal copy of Office 2000 for years, first with Windows 98,
and now Windows XP, suddenly I start getting a prompt asking if I want to
register the product. Doesn't appear all the time, only occasionally.

Any way to stop this from happening?
