I registered my copy of Office 2000 with Microsoft when purchased. My PC was
damaged and replaced but and I need to get proof office was registered for my
insurance company to replace it, any ideas how I can do this?

Since it was only the PC that was damaged, just get out the Office CD

Without paperwork/cd, no documentation, it's going to be rather hard to
provide the info to your insurance company.

| unfortunatly I had it 4 years ago and I have no idea where it is now

Umm, 4 years is a long time. What other proof of purchase can you
provide the insurance company?

I was hoping to be able to prove it was registered with Microsoft and that
would be enough....not as easy as I had hoped it would be!
