Office 2000 Service Release 1a - English version Disc 2, Error 234

Hello,

I'm having trouble update the Office 2000 Service Release 1a - English
version Disc 2. It give me an "Error 2349"? Any suggestions on fixing this
error? The Disc #1 update was fine, I have a problem with the update for
Disc 2.
