I have searched the knowledge base thoroughly and all the articles talk
about customizing the Mft file with CIW or Custom Installation Wizard. BUT I
can't find this tool. I installed the ORK tools but this just installs the
default MFT file. How do I run the customization wizard.

Thanks
Sam

Hi Sam,

The Office Customization Wizards are in the OrkTools
download but to install on a terminal server you will
need a specific transform (MST rather than MFT) that's
available in the Orktools.exe as well
