have got a new pc and can't install office 200 small business as i lost the
cert of authenticity with the cd key number - have the software - can yanyone
please let me know how I can get arouns this please?

Sorry to hear of your misfortune. One cannot install
Office 2000 Small Business without the Product Key.
Consider upgrading to Office 2003.

If I'm not mistaken, Office 2000 Small Business was an OEM-only version.
You'd have to go back to your computer manufacturer and ask them for help.
To be honest with you, I don't think that will help - but it's always worth
that toll-free phone call.

FWIW, MS Office XP (2002) Small Business Edition was the only one that was OEM-only. the SBE Editions before and after are retail

Thank you. I knew one of them was and I know that I originally had an OEM
version (have since gone full retail). :)
